All proceeds from the Care-A-Van supports Pawmetto Lifeline's life-saving mission. Pawmetto Lifeline is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit animal rescue organization solving pet overpopulation in the Midlands. There are over 19,000 homeless pets in the Midlands and over 14,000 are euthanized each year. Pawmetto Lifeline has a plan in place to correct this problem through four distinct initiatives: Adoption, Medical, Rescue Collaboration, and Education efforts.
Pawmetto Lifeline believes companion pets have value beyond economic measurement and are entitled to legal, moral and ethical consideration. Our long term goal is to turn the Midlands into a no-kill community, meaning no healthy, adoptable pet will be euthanized simply because it is homeless.
